End User License Agreement

These End User License Agreement (EULA) govern your access to and use of the Skailet platform (the “Platform”), a service provided by Infolexa, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).


1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing or using the Platform, including its AI-powered analytics tools, dashboards, APIs, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.


2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes, during the term of your subscription.


3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
  • Use the Platform for purposes of benchmarking or developing a competing service;
  • Use the AI features to make decisions that violate any laws or regulations (e.g., discriminatory practices);
  • Circumvent any usage limits or access restrictions.


4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including its AI models, algorithms, and any improvements or derivatives thereof, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.


5. AI Features – Use and Limitations

The Platform may provide insights, predictions, or recommendations using AI or machine learning models. You acknowledge and agree:

  • The AI outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
  • The Company makes no warranty as to the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated results for your specific use case.
  • You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI outputs and must verify results independently where required.


6. Data Usage and Privacy

You retain all rights to your Customer Data. By using the Services, you grant the Company a license to use your Customer Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. We may use aggregated or de-identified data to improve our AI models and analytics features, provided such use complies with applicable laws.


7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform. Company may suspend or terminate access to the Services if it reasonably believes you are in violation of this Agreement.


8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.


In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.


9. Governing Law

You agree to governing law and forum for disputes as defined in Terms of Service.


10. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
